Currently volunteering at Blackfriars to gain experience of working in a school environment with the potential of going into a career of teaching, either within a special school or a mainstream school.

A family friend suffered an unfortunate accident leading to a severe brain injury. This meaning they were unable to read an write and had to build these skills from scratch. Over the past 2 years I have been helping Tom (the young man in question) complete a self learning course in business and sports management as well as providing respite for his parents on occasions.
