Blackfriars Priory School is a Catholic School for boys (Early Learning to Year 12) located in Adelaide South Australia, delivering excellence in boys' education since 1953. Blackfriars is situated on the fringe of the Adelaide Central Business District and adjacent to an expanse of parks, Adelaide Aquatic Centre and ovals. Our school life is built upon the Four Dominican Pillars of: Prayer, Study, Community and Service. Our philosophy is to educate boys in the pursuit of truth ‘Veritas’, through a life of contemplation and action. Our Dominican charism commands us to recognise and accept the difference in ability and gifts of each student and differentiate learning and teaching appropriately.
