Daniel is a people leader, consultant, and advocate. He currently supervises a team of more than twenty environmental planners, biologists, and technologists across Northern California. He is active in recruiting efforts, workload balancing, and serving as a point of reference for staff, leading with a mentoring focus so that staff can prepare for future growth opportunities.For clients, he utilizes his project management and communications experience to solve complex problems by working with multiple stakeholders and technical teams. Daniel’s experience has included State, Federal, and private clients, with an emphasis on flood management in California, sustainable reconstruction efforts for Federal properties and the construction of renewable energy infrastructure.In addition, Daniel supplements his day-to-day operations by serving on internal leadership teams for company initiatives. He uses these opportunities to advocate for staff and create internal resource programs for mentorship and innovation. He is particularly proud of his work within internal and external network groups to promote the LGBTQ+ community in the architecture, engineering, and construction fields.
