The HR Fast Stream scheme being awarded the number one spot at The Times Graduate Recruitment Awards 2018. Talent Development Managers (TDM) play a vital role in building capability in the Civil Service by managing Fast Stream participants. The TDM role includes all aspects of performance management and career development, and includes agreeing appropriate postings for members of their cohort. We work closely with Govt Departments to ensure that our approach to postings, Departmental supervision and setting performance objectives is applied consistently within the cohort and across the entire Fast Stream programme.Talent Development Managers also have a strategic organisational development role, working with a cluster of departments or a Profession to support change, build capability and promote effectiveness of the Fast Stream programme across Civil Service Departments.
