Problem solving is a key skill that I have developed over the last 6 years, for it is been at the centre of what I do. In that time I have navigated the global pandemic whilst keeping hold of two successful small businesses as well as a full time career in live event production. My experience includes (but is not limited too):- Project Management for Live Events, a fast paced high stress environment where things can change at any moment.- Managing Director of a SME specialising in the hire and sale of Audio Visual equipment.- Managing an Alternative Education Centre providing education for home-schooled children.- Working Full-time as part of a team of technicians across two theatres.Through the above positions I have found myself learning skills I did not expect to, but am nevertheless grateful I have. I am used to working under pressure, and undertaking tasks not because they are mine to do, but because they simply need to be done.
