• Direct client liaison to validate changes to Commercial trading records, plus the investigation and resolution of all business critical issues, including non-receipt, incorrect static and missed settlements.
• Provinding MTM Valuations & Audit statements, and processing customer mandates to assist with various ad-hoc queries, such as signatory changes, address changes or SSI amendments.
• Chairing stakeholder reviews to resolve operational issues, whilst maintaining relations and upholding competency.
