An energetic and dedicated woodworking professional with twenty five (25) years of carpentry experience. My industry experience includes the installation of intricate custom trim and molding for $1+ million homes, construction of custom decks, as well as significant general contracting work in drywall and rough/finished carpentry. For the past twenty three(23) years, my primary responsibilities have involved the construction and installation of custom built stairs and rails, utilizing a variety of woods and building techniques to satisfy the demands of highly critical luxury home builders/buyers. My woodworking experience has also included personal involvement in the design, development, and production of intricately designed props for Community Theater including plates, cups, bowls, and royal scepters and other regular use custom flatware, pedestals, vases, baseball bats and novelty items. I have also worked in conjunction with a local Production Company in Wilmington, NC as their Set Designer.Over the past year, I have spent innumerable hours honing my turning skills as I have a professional grade wood lathe. My creative abilities enable me to take a design from concept to reality in a swift, efficient, and beautiful fashion.
