• Responsible for conducting project management for China business strategy, with a focus on corporate strategy, digitization and innovation.• Work independently on leading large cross functional projects with stakeholders in China, including developing detailed work plans, engaging internal and external stakeholders, managing project status, and ensuring high quality and timely delivery;• Work as PMO for strategic implementation and IT department budget plan & review.

• Project portfolio management as PMO, cross functions, BUs with high cost and risk;• Coach, supervise and improve the effectiveness of PMO project managers to enable business transformation.

• Business development and management consulting proposal design; • HR transformation technical solution design and end to end implementation;

• Portfolio management cross functions, BUs with high cost and risk;• Identify interdependence, risks and issue, create and deploy effective mitigation strategies to ensure the projects are delivered on-schedule, on-budget, at the necessary quality levels, and with the required HR benefit.

• Directly manage critical programs tied to enterprise and regional strategic initiatives;• Coach, supervise and improve the effectiveness of PMO project managers and functional project leaders to ensure projects in the region are implemented on track.

• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks for HR projects;• Manage requirments/ scope/ involvement of all legal entities (factories+JV) from both HR and IT prospective;

• Lead and handle SAP HR projects as reginoal project manager to meet clients’ objects and goals (key clients as PRADA，Dow Chemical，Novartis, adidas, Singapore Post, etc);• Mentor the current project team on all development configuration and customization to ensure successful go-forward support.
