Working together with legacy systems and many parts of Danske banks organization to bring Sunday to more people by extending the current infrastructure to support more customer journeys and types of customers. Graduating Sunday from a “start up” to a integral part of Danske Banks customer journey.

Mobilelife - Created a loan recommendation engine for digital advice to Sunday loan customers.

Worked with the Risk management report, Pillar 3, EBA Benchmarking and future regulation.Delivered the project ‘EBA benchmark LDP portfolio’:• Introduced and implemented a process for EBA benchmarks on Credit risk.• Delivered EBA benchmark LDP2014 in November• As Reporting Officer ongoing aligning credit risk models reporting to Danish FSA and participating in international working groups ( in IIF and PECDC), participated in the creation of the IRTF report on RWA differences.• Delivered analysis on realisation times and data quality to Danish FSA.• Participated in the task force that replied to the Danish FSA on orders from June 2013.

Delivered the project ‘New property valuation model’:• Initially responsible for communication but was project manager from may 2013 until November 2013.• Directly managed a team of 3 Analysts. • Overall Responsible for project and time plan. Specifically responsible for project plan, deadlines, progress, communication, delegated activities, stakeholder management, user interface, application to FSA and organisational implementation. • The team created, introduced, applied for to FSA and implemented a new model for valuation of property in Denmark. The first statistical PVM model approved by the Danish FSA. Delivered the project ‘Validation of new LGD Models based on Survival Analysis’:• Constructing validation method, data extraction, ensuring compliance with CRD, analysis and writing the corporate report and the personal report for Finland. • Managed a team of 4 Analysts. • Established new performance standards for PVM models. • Responsible for on-going follow up on collateral valuation and validation of all A-IRB models. • Introduced and implemented an internal communication strategy for models and models performance for senior management in all brands/business units of the group. • On-going responsibility for meetings and completion of reports for meetings. • Ad-hoac analysis of Impairments, EL, Baltic, RD, realisation times of collateral and LGD.

• Systemised and delivered a new validation setup for collateral valuation models. Including methods, reports, SOP ,contact and contracts with external suppliers. • Secured quarterly validation of all PVM models.• Delivered a setup for quarterly monitoring of LGD validation, one of the first in the Nordic region among peers. • Validated PD models• Responsible for credit risk models and credit risk in regard to Asset finance. • Stakeholder from the business side in implementing systematic loss data collection for asset finance.• Participating in regard to BASEL II and capital calculations in different projects in the Asset finance organisation. Risk reporting and implementing models for Asset finance.

• Participated in the Danske Bank groups’ trainee program lasting one year. • Primary responsibilities were Pricing Model Development and Credit Risk Reporting.
