   Ensures effective transition from current practices to any new model including migration to Sourcing & Procurement systems, tools, process and guidelines in GSE/GTV and Other Spare part Items and related service requirement aspects Revision, implementation and control of all contractual agreements with in the scope of the job description  Proactively provides financial analysis and management for assigned contracts, copies and collects reports for post-award management and gather data when requested. Researches, analyzes and compiles information, initiate statistical reports. Works with users departments and suppliers to identify and attain cost saving opportunities and manages the process to achieve desired saving levels. Utilize all means of tools to communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding their performance, identify corrective action plans, implement actions, measure results and adjust as/where appropriate Supports cross-functional teams Mentor and educate other team members in procurement concepts, financial analysis and world-wide marketplace practices. Controls outsourced activities as required. Originate quotation requests with varies vendor for competitive price and delivery time, or refer current price catalogue before placing an order. Prepares quotation evaluation table; for price, lead time and conditions of sales for comparison before placing order. Maintains proper purchase and repair order file and handle according to priority. Follow up on open purchase order, either by email, telephone or fax when delivery time mature prior to out of stock situation. Make follow up on stores and logistics service for timely insurance claim for parts lost in transit or damaged and communicate with Stores and logistics service for timely replacement or full credit and issue replacement order as required. Prepare and submit saving report, activity reports etc. and arranging a meeting with users department
