Hospitality Service

The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem is the most highly rated hotel in Israel, as a bartender I was therefore responsible for providing customer service at the highest level while upholding levels of sophistication to match the clientele and artistically creating drinks to uphold guest expectations. Shifts often required composure while working in high pressure situations and maintaining work at a fast pace. Maximum team work with the waiters was necessary to provide quality service. In addition, I created a photo manual to aid students in their dissections, gave special training ahead of the lab time to select students, and ran review sessions before exams. The lab course material covered the gross structure of the human body, including skeletal, muscular, nervous, respiratory, circulatory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems.
