I spent in this position 1 year at the company. I supported customers from Germany. I had to solve for example network and VPN problems and many others. Sometimes when the install of programs failed, I had to reinstall it. I always connected to the PC of the customer, that I could better analyze the problem.

I supported customers from the german language countrys. It means that I received calls and I had to solve IT releated problems in german language. If the customer got a problem with the website or with the application I had to repair via remote connection. I helped also as well if the customer got problems with the printer.

I went to Germany to learn the german language much better. I decided to go to Germany because I wanted to improve my german language skills. On the high school I have just studied a lot of theory in german but not practiced how to speak with german peoples. I got the experience there and now I can use it at my job.

This was my first job as a seller in a furniture store. I gave advise for customers in the warehouse, which furniture is the best option for them. I had also personal contact with the customer. To help customers was my dream at my career so that was a great experience.
