Fixed Trailing Edge Design Engineer- Create technical engineering drawings for metallic and composite structures on the Fixed Trailing Edge Assembly using CATIA V5 (Drafting Workbench). - Produce a range of metallic 3D detail parts using CATIA V5 (Part Design Workbench). - Extensive experience with configuration management software including PDMLink and VPM. - Confidently assess design modifications with the ability to embody and implement various changes to an engineering product. A350 MAP Design Engineer- Carry out design investigations and provide solutions for a range of tasks, ranging from design modifications (New, Development or Repair) to manufacturing against the Aircraft Design requirements.- Providing manufacturing with new technical solutions with the use of CATIA V5 DMU interrogation, 2D and 3D modifications.- Liaise with other functions and projects to ensure design requirements / solutions are fully integrated.- Provide line side support to a manufacturing function in terms of relevant design issues to enable production preventing down time.
