I am a skilled IT Networking and Operations Specialist, with a wide range of experiences to draw upon with over 20 years of experience in technical fields. From building custom made driving simulators, to trouble shooting and supporting dental x-ray systems, to configuring switches and workstations in the highest security environments, to leading teams on projects affecting hundreds of users and high profile stake holders, I have a wide and deep understanding and the drive to get things done.Combine this with my training in Project Management, it rounds out my technical skills with business acumen. My skills include quality management, change management, portfolio management, and many other tools in my PM tool kit. The focus in on benefits realization, making sure the client is getting the result that they want. Communications and people skills are another of my strong points. My approach is always customer focused. I would make sure I understood what they required, and then made sure that my replies and actions were understood to their satisfaction.
