Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes.Prompt follow up and resolution of enquiries and complaints.Initiate and maintain insurance claims and quotations.Coordinate and assess repairs, maintenance and replacement of property.

Liaise with Committee officer bearers, solicitors, property managers and owners for all queries. Preparation of Year End financial audits and liaising with auditors for all queries. Term Deposit Management of approx. $25 Million in volume. Preparation of Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements.Issuing of quarterly levy and 2nd debtor invoices.Responsible for streamlining the Secretarial & Disbursement Fee process via pivot tables.

Monthly review and preparation of end of month financial reports.Preparation of Year End financial audits.Term Deposit Management.Preparation of Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements.Issuing of quarterly levy and water usage invoicing.Experience with Layered Primary Body Corporate structures.
