After two years as Director of Operations for Cleaner Solutions, Pat Taylor desired to move into semi-retirement and asked if I would take up the mantle and purchase Cleaner Solutions from him. His heartfelt desire was to keep the company locally owned and in the trustworthy hands of his employees. I was humbled by his confidence and extremely grateful for the opportunity so I decided to accept the challenge as of November 18th 2020. We have such an incredible team and a solid relationship with our customer base, grown by years of excellent service, that the decision honestly made itself.Despite the uncertainty of the near future, I am confident and excited about the possibilities this will bring for us and look forward to continuing the legacy that Pat Taylor so well began.To my customers: I want to thank you for your steadfast business during the past year, through the thick and thin, and want to reassure you that the quality of service you have come to expect from Cleaner Solutions will not wane and in fact will continue to improve, just as you've seen over the last couple of years. Managing a team of seven salaried education software support representatives (60% remote staff) while streamlining processes and reporting across the team resulting in record breaking statistics and customer satisfaction ratings. Results:Within the first six months, identified inefficiencies in basic workflows, identified key performance indicators for the team, recommended the re-write of our job descriptions to take focus from what wasn’t proving effective and placing an emphasis on metrics that would.
