I have over 20 years experience working in IT so far for Currys. Initially starting out as a Customer Product Advisor providing telephone support for Currys/PC World customers, all the way to now being a Technical Spares Manager. My current role is to manage the team responsible for providing the end to end technical journey on all spares for SC&SO within Currys. We deal with the setup & creation, organisation, investigation, stock handling, usage and finally the exit for all BG and WG spares.
