I am the global head of legal for Citi's Issuer Services businesses. Issuer Services is one of the world's leading Depositary Receipts banks and provides a comprehensive range of agency and trustee services to almost any imaginable financing structure under a vast array of governing laws. In addition Issuer Services provides tailored cash and custody solutions to a broad range of clients with very specific needs. Taken together this represents an exceptionally broad product set. My team and I advise the business from the initial stages of product development, during documentation and throughout the lifecycle of transactions including litigation, amendment and restructuring as well as on proprietary M&A opportunities.I lead a diverse and talented global team handling very material legal, reputational and regulatory issues for one of the world’s leading banks.
