As Regional Vice President of RBC Royal Bank, Dan Woods is responsible for the integrated delivery of all products and services to RBC’s Personal, Financial Planning, Small Business, Wealth Management, Commercial & Agricultural clients across the Central Shores Market.Central Shores encompasses a broad geography stretching from Woodstock to Tobermory and Goderich to Orangeville. Dan is very proud to lead an outstanding team of more than 250 passionate employees who help clients in over 35 branch locations, as well as at their homes or places of business. Dan is committed to creating a superior client experience for all the 164,000+ clients in the Central Shores Market. Dan joined RBC in 1987 and has held a variety of diverse roles across multiple businesses during his tenure. His experience in branch and regional banking, wealth management, insurance, financial planning and sales/service effectiveness in a variety of roles across Ontario has provided him with a diverse view of RBC.Dan graduated from Carleton University and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from York University. He is a dedicated community member, active with the Orangeville Rotary Club in a number of diverse community activities both with Rotary and through a variety of initiatives and organizations that RBC sponsors in the Central Shores market. For over 13 years, Dan has participated in and led a team of RBC employees and their families and friends in the One Walk to Conquer Cancer in Toronto, supporting the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Over those years Team RBC has managed to raise over $3million to help fund the Princess Margaret’s efforts to conquer cancer in our lifetime.
