Following the completion of my university degree, I returned to IMS EVOLVE as a Business Analyst.This current role consists of the following responsibilities:- Working with customers to gather requirements and understand their current processes/workflow.- Convert gathered requirements into wireframe designs.- Creating functional specifications stating how the proposed solution will look and operate, for use with the customer to ensure proposed solution meets their expectations and for use internally by developers.

I began working at IMS EVOLVE as part of my university degree, taking part in a year-long placement in industry as a Junior Business Analyst.Within this role, I learnt vital skills in customer engagement, understanding their current scenarios, and requirements gathering.Much of the role consisted of taking the captured requirements and outputting functional specifications detailing a proposed solution through the use of business rules, wireframes and use cases in order to facilitate and deliver effective cold-chain management solutions.
