Coordination of the Agile team and different projects within Wealth and Personal Banking Credit Risk.

Main responsibilities: -Making sure the local (mexican) and HSBC group regulation are aligned to HBMX policies and processes in the RBWM Credit Products, by making adjustments according to the updates, designing, and implementing new processes when required. -Collaborating on the HBMX RBWM Risk Management Committees and Forums, mainly on Credit Risk (from the material preparation to the follow up of committments emerged), looking forward the governance and monitoring of strategies for RBWM credit products are performed successfully. -Escalating to the local and regional Risk Management committees relevant topics, as well as giving follow up as required.
