-responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts to bank statements, research and clearing of outstanding items in a timely manner-Process lease buybacks from prior portfolio sales-Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts by deadline requirements-Assist with month end processing, general ledger reconciliations and other journal entries as necessary-Assist with the rewriting of contracts within LeaseWave, typically focusing on high volume days-Assist the Settlement Team with issues and research related to Vendor Pass thru settlements.

• Analyze and control customers aging report.• Perform monthly review of payment discrepancies, duplicate billing, and misapplied cash on accounts. • Identify weaknesses in internal control and suggest improvements.• Evaluate age buckets and set up accounts on payment plans.• Participate in internal Audit assignments.• Assist with reporting, analysis or projects as required.

Managing the account’s budget- Keeping in contact with the client, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met- Preparing invoices for billing and funding purposes- Ensure invoices are being completed and that the client is being funded both correctly and timely- Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments. Responsible formonitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments- Contact customers regarding overdue account and determine reasons for non-payment- While adhering to company policies and procedures, demonstrates good customer service skills while initiatingoutbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.- Negotiate account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems whilemaintaining company performance and productivity standards.

-Receive checks and post entries into correct customers account-Ensure cash drawer is balanced and maintained at all times-Provide information to clients regarding bank services
