Learning, Performance Management, Career Transitions & Talent Development Analytics Team Lead
Our delivery on the 4 L&TD disciplines and new business needs and projects specially in the CM and CT disciplines increased and really complexed our operations so my role gained exposition and complexity. I was trained and learned to use the main CM and CT tools, sites and data sources such as Alumni, Localytics, Google Analytics, Mentoring, Feedback Journal, Confirmit, ACM, Enhanced Countdown, Year one at Accenture, Exit Questionnaire, Joiners and Leavers tools. From a people developer perspective, I developed the management skills of the Senior Analysts who work with me and help make them successful supervisors and promote to Specialists and kept for myself the most complex tasks of the team and keep overall responsibility of our delivery as well. I was part of CFR HR Leads Team with overall responsibility for our whole team in BA. I was career counsellor of 12 employees. I was also the Automation responsible for all Next Gen Accenture Operations projects and the Automation Curriculum Responsible for Training in Buenos Aires. I also participate in the Women at Accenture Argentina initiative. I was a teacher at several Skills to Suceed programs in Argentina and finally I was a LGBT Initiative Ally.Relevant an ongoing results: I trained the other CFR locations such as Dalian and Bangalore Teams to expand their L&TD knowledge and develop L&TD knowledge hubs there; to be the transition enabler among locations and decide the location strategy on which tasks must be assigned to each location; look for new reporting needs and opportunities to offer our suit of standard reports within the leads of Learning & Talent Development CoE.
Learning & Talent Development Reporting Specialist
Once we joined the CFR Team I was offered the L&TD Reporting Team Lead. My first area of focus was bringing to our team new disciplines we were not serving before. The first step was Performance Management and one year later we started receiving reporting transitions or new requirements from Career Management and Career Transitions as well. Also, I started to lead 10 employees including 3 Senior Analysts. My main challenge was to broaden my horizon and learn new processes, new metrics on CM and CT disciplines and at the same time try to standardize the new reports and train all my team on the new metrics. Relevant results: I coordinated the transition of 6 new roles to Buenos Aires, including Senior Analysts roles. I designed our new org chart so that each Senior Analyst would be in charge of coordinating and be the head of each of the disciplines in our team and I kept the global delivery responsibility for the whole team and disciplines.
Hr Shared Services - Global Learning & Capability Development Senior Analyst
During a restructuring program held in the Service Center, our team was moved to HR Reporting Team. I was promoted and offered the role to coordinate the team and production of all learning reports not only global but also GU based. I started to supervise 4 Senior Assistants and Analysts directly and to coordinate the monthly planning of our team, negotiate delivery date with customers, participate in global workshops/calls of the Capability Development Team as Buenos Aires main interlock.Relevant Results: Standarization on learning reports from a global perspective ensuring all training coordinators start to receive the same metrics in the same format and at the same time (one version of the truth). Production Process Automation: savings equivalent to 1 FTE.
Hr Shared Services - Global Capability Development Off Shore Team Analyst
I joined Accenture as an Analyst in 2007. My main areas of focus in that role were producing standard myLearning global reports, researching on how to build new reports from scratch (either standard or 1 time ad hoc) and where to get the metrics requested from, updating myLearning report mode tab using HTML programming, train employees on how to read and use the reports we produced, etc. I was working in a collocated position and our direct manager and peers were based in Chicago. We interacted with them on a daily basis as a global team. Relevant results: Idea and Design of myLearning reports handbook for customers. Collaboration in Global quality program to certify Buenos Aires Service Center. Enhancements done to Standard reporting using Access and SQL programming.

CurrentI am an Adjunt Professor in the following subjects both in Spanish and English:- Speach and Debate- Corporate Writing- Public Speaking- Internal Communications- Institutional Relations Theories- Information Systems and Technology - Global human talent management .
Account Executive
I was part of the Information Department within this communication agency.
