Use the Lean Six Sigma tool to lead the execution of process improvements 7. Pilot testing at the laboratory level 8. Pilot testing at the industrial level 9. Conduct meetings with suppliers 10. Visiting other corporate and non-corporate operations 11. Build the proposal that describes the new process or improvement12. Perform investment and return calculations for the proposed improvements13. Review and validate manuals and equipment specifications provided by suppliers14. Define specifications of new equipment needed to implement proposed improvements 15. Support Quality audits, 10K mile checks, Maintenance etc. When necessary and apply to answer specialized issues of new projects and/or new processes 16. Support and accompany the process of practical students focused on manufacturing optimization and/or Conversion17. Execute the activities of the proposed R&E projects 18. Lead Implementation of the MOC generated for the new approved improvement project19. Lead implementation of the Risk Assessment for the new approved improvement project20. Build the GANTT of the improvement project and validate external resource, travel, tests etc.

Tasks:1. Implement process control in the paste preparation area under the Lamosa group operating model.1.1. Adapt model documents and operating protocols according to equipment used.1.2. The area process standardization through the construction of POES (Standardized Operating Procedures) for each variable that directly and indirectly affects the process and maintenance required by each equipment for its perfect functioning.1.3. Measurement and standardization of ranges of variables that involve changing equipment or tools.1.4. Training and mentoring for operators in process control.2. Support the pasta preparation administrative area .2.1. Maintain the pasta quality, ensuring compliance with the standards defined for theproduct.2.2. Support the area head in the preparation of reports, inventories and supervision of the area.2.3. Propose and document new operational and security methodologies in the area.3. Support the administrative functions of the ceramic technical area3.1. Analyze laboratory tests and generate managerial reports on the resultsobtained.
