As a Community Engagement Coordinator at Jumpstart, Daniela applies her passion for global issues and cross-border trade to foster social impact and community development. She works with diverse stakeholders, including nonprofits, local businesses, and government agencies, to create and implement innovative programs and initiatives that address the needs and challenges of various communities. She also leverages her public speaking and partner relationship management skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.Daniela is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Pepperdine University, where she also serves as a Global Intersect Residential Advisor and a Vice President of Services at Alpha Kappa Psi. She facilitates cultural exchange and inclusion programs for 30 international students, designs monthly graphics to promote cultural events, and resolves conflicts and compromises among 350 residents. She also demonstrates leadership and philanthropy by organizing and managing volunteer projects for Sanctuary Animal Assisted Therapy and Baby 2 Baby, involving 50 students and 20 volunteers. Daniela is always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities, especially in the realm of entrepreneurship, where she has launched her own online business that produces nutritious, gluten-free, organic, and cruelty-free household products.
