As the Program Director for Operations & Metrics, I am responsible for running the behind the scenes of the organization together with the rest of the team, by focusing on three main pillars: Metrics, Volunteers and Organizational Health.

While working along with the other amazing GC volunteers, I am helping the team create event plans and I project-manage the steps to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for the online events hosted by the Women in Localization Global Community.

As the Events Manager at the Italian Chapter of Women in Localization, I am responsible for organizing the events and for establishing a network of event hosts for the upcoming meetings.

As a Senior Project Manager, I especially worked on Patents translation projects: from file prepping to MT and localisation itself, my daily tasks were focused on each and every client's needs to deliver the best quality output to the end-client.
