Here my role of Solutions Engineer is to implement, advise and consult for all technical matters between Advertising Campaign Managers, and Publishing Managers. Developing expertise in the Advertising industry, with hands-on experience implementing technologies like Google AMP, Header Bidding, Inread Advertising, Campaign optimization, Performance Campaigns and more. At Teads, we created our own advertising marketplace where Ad buyers can create their own targeted campaigns, thereby increasing ad spending drastically. As a solutions engineer I am responsible for improving the ad buying interface, implementing advertisements in source code on publisher websites, developing new tools for internal use by the engineering teams, and consulting non-technical team members on technical matters for Sales and Operations. At Orlando Salon & Spa, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at the front desk. On a daily basis, I greeted customers and introduced them to their stylists, schedule/rearranged bookings, and managed a professional clean atmosphere. To enhance customer experience, I focused on answering customer questions, and taking calls.

This position was as a sales manager in a retail store at a large mall. Here I became an expert in the product, and quickly became a top performing Sales Associate, which led to my promotion to Sales Manager. My responsibilities included educating customers about the product, training employees on the product, inventory management, and payroll. During these two years, I spoke with many customers and became proficient at understanding the wants/needs of the customer. I overcame difficult customers by calmly listening to their needs. In order to achieve a top performing sales ranking, I studied the habits of my most successful colleagues and carefully memorized the product specifications to educate the customers. While employed, I managed a small team of 5 employees and educated them to professionally sell the product.
