As an Ohio native, Daniel is a graduate of the University of Akron where he studied Business Administration & Marketing. He has gone on to apply this concentration & education along with the skill sets he has developed to several areas such as sales, project implementation, & team management. Daniel holds a combined 20 years of project management & operations experience in hospitality business tech for sales transaction data capture & the real estate title & escrow & insurance industry. He has been a licensed real estate agent in the Greater Nashville Metropolitan area & worked in multiple areas & facets of the real estate process bringing a unique & broad understanding of the closing process as well as the timelines & workflows required to make such transactions run efficiently as possible for both the agent and end client.
