Currently I am the Co-Founder and CO-CEO Underscore Talent...a next-generation management company helping a diverse group of talent leverage today’s “attention economy” to build long-lasting and lucrative careers. I helped launch Underscore in 2021 with my longtime partners Michael Green and Reza Izad. Formerly and after recognizing the importance of the emerging digital landscape and its new generation of talent in 2007, I co-founded Studio71 (formerly Collective Digital Studio), a global multi-platform digital entertainment company that develops, produces and distributes original entertainment programming. The company was sold to German broadcast company ProSieben Sat.1 in 2016.I was primarily responsible for leading S71’s talent and content initiatives, and helped to pioneer cross-platform business models and building the brands of YouTube’s most prolific creators. I thrive working at the forefront of what it means to engage and entertain in-demand digital audiences. I have over 30 executive producer credits across film, television, and digital and have been featured in The Hollywood Reporter Next Gen 35 under 35, VARIETY Hollywood’s New Leaders: Digital and VARIETY Hollywood New Leaders: Management, as well as, Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News 40 under 40.
