As a Senior ICS, Cyber Security Consultant with Archer Security Group I ensured comprehensive consulting and technical writing with regard to critical infrastructure protection. Much of this consulting work was directly with high profile generation and transmission facilities across North America. My relationship building prowess has helped in the collaboration and communication of ICS-CERT and US-CERT for 13+industries. A few of my accomplishments are below:Successfully worked with clients to navigate 10K+ devices with a core team of 4 individuals at 50+ locations.Collaborated with GE engineers on 40 turbines resulting in uncovering multiple vulnerabilities within embedded systems that otherwise would have had massive impacts on the bulk electric system, this work eventually became the blueprint for how the industry approaches embedded systems.

During my tenure at our North America Service Desk I ensured solid, remote support to clients and field service engineers on X-ray machine operations and service. This including domestic and international travel to train and mentor colleagues and peers on a variety of X-ray equipment. There, I was able to utilize root cause analysis to identify equipment that had suffered critical failures, and document unique solutions to complex problems. I was responsible for rebuilding a key component of our x-ray machines for all of North America. Managing this project with key-stakeholders internationally we have found solutions together to common problems that affect our equipment in the field via a large data collection effort i initialized. Our teamwork internationally both in the production and reproduction of mission critical components has enhanced service to our customers by providing the highest quality X-ray components possible.
