• Responsible for assisting a teacher in lab for the graduate course, topics covered included OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Multicasting, SDN.• Give briefing about the technical concepts such as OSPF, BGP and MPLS using Packet Tracker and GNS3.• Conduct the lab on pre-requisite for this subject and cover the topics such as DHCP, OSPF, EIGRP. • Resolve the doubt of students and help them to complete the labs.• Discuss the plan about the labs with teacher and other teaching assistant.

• Monitor and update the study space booking system.

• My key responsibility is to maintain relationships with new students and provide assistance and support for new students, focusing on a smooth transition, acclimation, and a sense of belonging.• Provides access to people and resources through thoughtful facilitation.• Engage with students in workshops, activities and virtual office works.

• Developing engineering-specific resources, which are informed by research for fellow students to use as references when developing their resumes, cover letters and interview skills. • Meet with students on a drop-in basis to review their career materials and provide them with supportive and helpful feedback on those materials. • Conduct mock interviews with students who are preparing to enter the workforce. • Provide desk support some evenings, answering student questions and referring students to broader university supports when necessary.
