I have been a trial attorney for the past 35 years and have been blessed to meet and represent some wonderful people and families throughout those years. I am licensed in Tennessee and Arizona. I am also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.I limit my practice to helping individuals and families with personal injury and wrongful death claims, medical negligence matters, product liability cases and automobile/bus/tractor-trailer litigation. Notable verdicts:A Nashville jury returned a verdict of 5 million dollars on behalf of my client whose 22 month old died of an undiagnosed tick bite infection. The mother had taken her son to the doctor 4 days in a row, only to be sent home. The jury assessed 50% of fault against the pediatrician's office, and 50% of the fault against the hospital.A Rutherford County jury returned a verdict on behalf of my client for nearly 3 million dollars in a car wreck case. Defense had only offered $275,000. News reports state that this verdict was the largest car crash verdict in Rutherford County history. This is one of multiple record breaking verdicts that I have been a part of in my practice.A Chattanooga jury awarded 22.6 million dollar jury verdict - which was the largest medical malpractice verdict in Tennessee history for an individual person at that time.
