Served as chief matchmaker.  Led retention efforts that reduced turnover from 35% to 22% in one year.  Faced with astronomically rising costs of 20%+ each year, performed a deep dive into the agency’s medical benefits program, taking meetings with a variety of broker and alternative benefits organizations.
