In oltre 20 anni di esperienza nel settore Automotive ho ricoperto più ruoli nell'area Operations.In particolare ho sviluppato significative competenze nell'ambito della Supply Chain come Procurement Manager, sia per Acquisti Diretti che Indiretti, con particolare focus nelle attività di Tender, scouting nuovi fornitori, negoziazione, supplier management ed analisi puntuale dei KPI contrattuali. Abbiamo anche provveduto negli anni a definire le nuove Procedure Acquisti, i nuovi form contrattuali e alla razionalizzazione dell'albo fornitori.Il tutto a supporto dei Clienti interni, definendo le strategie di acquisto nel rispetto dei Budget aziendali. Recentemente ho ampliato le mie competenze nell'area Process Management, con particolare focus alla implementazione del nuovo approccio "Agile" nella gestione dei Progetti locali ed internazionali.
