Spent nearly two months in Panay Island, (IloIlo) Estancia, Philippines rebuilding classrooms destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda. During my time spent with the Filipino people, my placement family fellow volunteers and our local organization, CERV—Philippines, we rebuild a dilapidated school, and installed septic tanks for the school.We also found time to organize several food, clothing and common welfare supply distrubtion centers for the Borangay of Bayuyan, Botongon, and Malbog.

My duties as VP involved general operations of the business which employed 120 employees and 7 depts.I was tasked to overhaul our millworking operations, with a focus to build and improve on management, production, and supply chain. In 2 years we leveraged our relationships with our suppliers which dramatically improved inventory. Instituted procurement guidelines to help improve cash commitments. Improved communication between our project managers and our clients through the use of common trade practices and IT system advancements. Dramatically improved our craftsmanship, building operations and efficiency, through monthly training program, thus adding $3 million in additional revenue and 46% increase in EBITA.We serviced brands from. Rolex, Harry Winston, Hublot, Zenith, Tag Heuer, among other high profile brands.

At the time our mission was to build sustainability throught key marketing strategies that would position, primarily, TAG heuer, as one of the most sought after watch brands in the country.Over the course of 3 years I superintended the production of all in-store shop-in-shops and boutiques for most of the LVMH Swiss watch brands with key retailing partners in the Caribbean, US and Canadian markets in an effort to advance brand image and increase our market penetration. In less than 2 years we managed to move Tag Heuer from #6 watch brand into the #2 spot just under Rolex.
