As an executive with extensive experience in global markets, institutional and commercial businesses in Australia and Asia, I am driven by the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer outcomes day to day by providing seamless solutions and experiences that empower businesses to thrive. My current role gives me the privilege of designing, enhancing and delivering the end-to-end business lending customer propositions, processes and platforms that allows ANZ to be there in key moments that matter for our Commercial customers.I was previously the Tribe Lead for Business Lending as ANZ transitioned to a scaled agile model for delivery. In that role, I led a team ~200 people organised in squads focused on delivering business lending products and services to our small business, mid-market, broker and specialist distribution segments. The tribe is responsible for a large range of customer solutions including the technology that supports those products.Previously I was ANZ’s Global Head of RMB Strategy & Execution responsible for developing ANZ as a leading bank for renminbi solutions. I covered a broad range of institutional customers, geographies and products, building knowledge of local regulations and how to implement solutions for our global customers.Prior, I was ANZ’s Global Head of Equities covering Australia, NZ and Asia. I rebuilt this business to focus on high net worth and institutional clients, implemented a new trading system and developed a high performing team covering sales, product and trading. The business doubled revenues and grew market share in all regions. Before ANZ, I spent 12 years at Macquarie Group in Sydney and Hong Kong. The role went through the highs of a strong bull market and then extreme market turbulence of the GFC from 2008. Post GFC, I lead the business back to profitability and built a sustainable platform for growth. My time at Macquarie allowed me to build new businesses, work internationally, develop products and lead high performing teams in rapidly evolving markets. I developed a valuable and broad cross section of functional and leadership skills.I am an experienced professional who enjoys leading and building businesses.
