Responsible for controlling and monitoring project total expenditure.Provide planning and cost controlling support for projects, including variations reporting and monitoring of milestones progress.Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management reviews to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.

• Develop the review of projects related to the recycling of plastic products focused on reducing the amount of material that ends up in garbage dumps.• Analyse and review and supervise the viability of projects focused on the use of sustainable materials with the ideal of generating new products derived from recycled plastic.• Implement and execute quality, environmental and occupational risk prevention policies.• Manage the production execution focused on achieving the goals projected by the company in terms of tons of processed plastic.• Supervise the execution of budgets, production costs, variations and execution of projects focused on the processing of recycled material.• Support the Managing Director with tasks and duties and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed, such as acquisitions.

• Experience in managing a team responsible for generating the planning studies, monitoring, design, obtaining resources and supervising the work in infrastructure projects.• Coordinate the administration of investment programs and projects, leading an interdisciplinary group of professionals in order to guarantee correct planning, design and execution.• Strengthen the management capacity of the University in the definition and management of investments in order to achieve greater efficiency and transparency in the allocation of resources.• Review and modification of designs using software such as AutoCAD.• Supervise the execution of projects with State investment, established in a government plan focused on improving the normative axes of the University.• Actively participate in advising different offices reviewing budgets, technical specifications, engineering plans, designs and physical requirements to be generated for the consolidation of investment projects.

• Prepare the terms of reference, evaluation, and award of public tenders.• Advise the offices in determining the physical requirements of the plant for the operation and development of investment plans and in defining priorities.• Maintain basic and technical information updated for the physical planning of the University.• Supervise the execution of infrastructure projects.• Accompaniment and technical support in the presentation of reports to control entities in charge of verifying the correct execution of public resources
