Launched in 2004, Govan Builders core mission has been and remains to be best in the business. A Vienna resident for 22 years, Daniel has been married to his wife, Kari for 26 years and they have two daughters, Grace (22) graduate of Virginia Tech school of engineering and Danielle (20) a rising junior at the University of Arizona.
