I am currently in charge of training all employees for our locations. This includes teaching, certifications for all of our attractions, and ongoing training for employees as necessary. I also am in charge of all RCI ropes course related training, inspections, maintenance, upkeep, and inventory. Finally responsible for testing and insurance communications regarding safety certifications.

I was the Senior Counselor in charge of the teens after school program. I was in charge of programming, leading field trips, and driving bus routes as necessary. Assisted in writing grants for LiveWell through the implementation of exercise and nutrition lessons. Planned summer camp activities for one summer and grew the active teens program from 12 participants to 40 participants. Also lead as a senior counselor for summer camp of around 150 students.
