I worked on the Bayer Campuses in St. Louis, Missouri.I managed the master drawings, all building systems and associated site infrastructure, for both the Creve Coeur and Chesterfield Campuses. I updated master drawings using project as-builts and direct other teams work in updating and creating master drawings.I administered floor plan and CAFM drawings for Bayer’s CAFM system, FM:Interact, for both of Bayer’s St. Louis Campuses. In 2021 I converted all floor plans from Webcore to FM:Interact and setup FM:Interact’s Graphic Views and Themes to make data easier for end users to access. I worked closely with Bayer teams to ensure that the drawings and data met either needs. I was the Adept Document Control administrator. I processed incoming project as-builts to insure we had compete information to update master drawings and research building information from old projects as needed for new construction. I also sent master drawings and as-built data as needed to outside consultants.I have been at Bayer’s St. Louis Campuses, since 2018. The Creve Coeur campus contains approximately 1.9 million square feet of building space in 25 buildings and the Chesterfield Campus contains approximately 1.9 million square feet of building space in 10 buildings.

I assisted in organizing the updating of all Chesterfield master drawings included creating master drawings for 2 new buildings and a large parking structure. I lead the effort to update Creve Coeur site infrastructure plans bringing them updated and incorporating data from projects going back the 1950’s. I worked closely with facilities personal to make sure they had the drawings and information they required. I updated the site CAD standards to reflect current processes and procedures to give consultants clear instructions on how drawings should be completed and submitted.I was an Adept Document Control administrator. I processed incoming project as-builts to insure we had compete information to update master drawings and researched building information from old projects as needed for new construction.I was a SharePoint administrator. I used SharePoint to share drawings with outside consultants and internal project personal. I also received project as-builts using SharePoint. I scheduled Mechanical and Civil CAD projects for all locations in the Oil and Gas Departments. I worked with project managers to make sure their project deadlines were met and that the drawings produced meet client needs. I facilitated commutation between project managers, project engineers and the drafting and designer staff.I directly supervised drafters and designers in Missouri and Colorado. I was responsible for helping train new drafters. I lead quarterly and yearly performance discussions and created performance improvement plans when needed. I supported the drafting and designer staff as first line CAD tech support and facilitated help from higher support levels as needed. I assisted in leading quarterly CAD training sessions. I provided design assistance on projects dealing with 3D pipe design, Horizontal Directional Drills (HDDs), meter and regulator settings, long distance pipeline routes, and structural layouts.

CAD SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (CAD MANAGER) (January 2008 to August 2011)I provided technical support for all CAD software at BIS Engineering's three offices. In this role I provided help desk support with day to day issues as well as looked at long term issues such as training, evaluating software, and corporate standards development. I was responsible for maintaining AutoCAD customization using LISP and 3rd party programs such as COADE's CADWorx. Also, I set up project templates for AutoCAD and Revit.I continued the company's 3D initiative by researching and implementing procedures for coordinating 3D models across disciplines and software packages. I assisted in the roll out of Revit Structure by developing and holding training sessions.CIVIL DRAFTER (October 2006 to December 2007I was the lead Civil Drafter, my responsibilities included coordinating and checking survey information, Sewer Layout, Site Grading, Truck Access, Underground Utility Layout, CAD Standards compliance, maintaining project CAD files, and gathering field data. I also lead the adoption of AutoCAD Civil 3D and was responsible for creating styles and templates based on client and corporate CAD Standards. Also I assisted Civil Department employees in using Civil 3D.

Starting right out of college I took on increasing responsibilities on projects working in AutoCAD, Microstation, and Autodesk Actrix. • Created existing site condition drawing for water treatment plant from eighty years of asbuilt and facility maintenance drawings. Coordinated proposed large diameter underground process piping with future and existing site utilities• Field safety coordinator for sewer inspection team, responsible for daily maintenance of safety equipment and adherence proper confined space entry procedures• Survey crew chief on 1.3 miles of urban survey, for streetscape project• Lead drafter on 20 foot diameter storm water tunnel for Army Corp of Engineers, coordinated with geographically diverse project team. Created layout dewatering pump structures and compiled geotechnical data. • Mentored contract staff on use of Microstation to increase efficiency • Reviewed sub-consultants documents for compliance with client CAD standards
