- Act as the liaison between store and district operations and Real Estate, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments during ALDI store remodels as a part of its $2 billion company remodel- Develop operational timelines for stores to implement including, but not limited to: inventory management; asset modification; sales floor alterations; and customer communication- Work with District Managers to project post remodel sales, staffing needs, store closing and reopening procedures - Coordinate and communicate effectively with external contractors and representatives to facilitate the successful implementation of a remodel schedule - Present to Divisional Vice President and Directors a quarterly review of all aspects of Project Extension- Established a training curriculum designed to coach current store management to successfully operate an enhanced prototype store and increased customer/sales trends

- Led 4-6 store districts throughout Central and Northwest Connecticut- Oversaw and managed all personnel decisions, including, but not limited to: hiring; training; development; corrective action; promotion; and/or termination throughout stores- Ensured that store conditions were consistent with company standards and customer market expectations through weekly store visits, merchandising strategy, and open dialogue with store management- Monitored store and district expenses against established goals through weekly meetings and coaching sessions with store management- Developed a talent channel, which included 2 store associates who became store managers, and 1 store manager promotion to a warehouse supervisory role- Managed a district including the top 2 grossing sales stores in New England

- Part of a seven-person team of District Managers tasked with rolling out a pilot ordering program to 21 divisions throughout the country- Worked with store management facilitators to demonstrate utilization techniques, feedback, and best practices of the program to store and executive-level employees- Communicated and coordinated the roll out and training schedules of upcoming divisions with all personnel involved- Attended meetings with Lead District Managers and program supervisors to provide feedback, operational implementation strategy, and training curriculum review
