Some of my successes in my current role include: (1) consistently exceeding my billable hour goal, (2) drafting a motion for the Managing Partner to argue a favorable outcome in dissolving a fraudulent construction lien, (3) planning and participating in mediating an estate challenge involving a dispute over negotiable instruments, and (4) successfully defeating motions for summary judgment with motions for summary judgment leading to a voluntary dismissal.

Florida'S Third Judicial Circuit

Representing the State of Florida in the prosecution of misdemeanor offenses in Suwanee, Madison, and Hamilton County. Manage a docket case load of 200+ in determining the State's position on whether enough facts and allegations were present to prosecute cases ranging from misdemeanor traffic offenses (reckless driving, DUI, driving without a license), to drug possession cases, to misdemeanor battery. Successfully negotiated 1000+ plea offers between the three counties.
