During my time at Blume, I successfully:✔️Assisted with a companywide rebrand, aiding the final decision of company name, values, and logo.✔️ Orchestrated the transition of all company social media accounts from our old brand (mmadigital) to Blume.✔️ Grew the Blume LinkedIn account to reach over 500 new followers and increased reactions by 2409% within my first year, and then boosted follower count by over an additional 700 in my second year.✔️ Increased Twitter likes by 279% within the first year, with an over 25% increase again in my second year.✔️ Doubled Instagram engagement, before seeing an almost 75% increase again in my second year.I also wrote knowledge articles on the evolving world of marketing, covering topics such as the rise of AI, Twitter rebranding to X, and Google launching GA4. I was responsible for the digital marketing strategy of all four Beechfield Brands, fitting with their respective tones and branding, as well as launching a new Digital Asset Management system and website.

I initially started using Instagram in 2013 as a creative outlet but soon realised the significance of the social media site as a marketing platform, utilizing this knowledge I began posting further around my interests and social life, building an ever-increasing network of like-minded followers. In February 2015, I was contacted by clothing brand Fred Perry and invited to a private housewarming event during London Fashion Week to celebrate the opening of their new flagship Covent Garden store, after attending this event I furthered my connection with the brand by modelling for the Manchester branch of the store and securing a position as a Social Media Brand Ambassador in which I promote the brand via my own personal Instagram.In addition to my work with Fred Perry I networked and collaborated with a variety of different independent and established photographers and brands across the country, receiving gifts from the UK branch of Levi Strauss & Co as a thank you for supporting the brand and regular modelling work for The Vintage Scene, where photographs were then used across social media channels, in-store and on the marketplace section of the ASOS website to sell vintage clothing.I travelled countrywide to model with various brands and photographers and focused on expanding my pre-established connections with Fred Perry by attending promotional events around the country, where images in which I featured were used across official social media platforms, this also resulted in an interview with the brand that now features on the Subculture Playlists section of the Fred Perry website and can be viewed here:fredperry.com/subculture/articles/daniel-kirkIn recent years, I’ve redirected the knowledge gained from these experiences towards advancing my career in more corporate sectors.Instagram: @dkiirk
