Working as a software consultant with Zencos Consulting, a Gold Consulting partner with SAS Institute. My primary role is implementing and supporting custom applications which leverage SAS software and its components ranging from Base SAS to SAS Data Integration and Reporting Applications, and SAS Solutions (SAS Human Captial Management (HCM), SAS Fair Banking). Specific tasks have included:• Developed Data Warehousing and Report systems across various industries; State and Local Government, Financial institutions and Retail • Implemented SAS Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAS Fair Banking; extending fair banking to include an integrated reporting system with SAS Business Intelligence Server • Provide technical support services for ZenGuard (paid support program run by Zencos) Customers• Optimizing SAS programs • Migrate current SAS customer applications (e.g. SAS/IntrNet to Stored Processes (STP))• Provided customized training, demonstrations and papers to end-users

As a Consultant, I got a step-by-step introduction into the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Solutions built and maintained by iCASUS, a Gold Consulting partner of SAS Germany. While working for iCASUS I accomplished certification as a SAS Accredited Trainer and a SAS Certified Base Programmer. I have further improved and developed my SAS skills in Base, Macro Programming Language, SQL, SAS/IntrNet, Enterprise Guide, SAS 9 Implementations (Full BI Architecture) and SAS Performance Data Server (SPDS). Additional tasks in my job role included:• Built a metadata driven SAS graph generator using Base, Macro, SQL programming and SAS/Graph which required skills for metadata modelling, working with Oracle databases and defining project requirements and deliverables• Taught courses for SAS Germany (Enterprise Guide and Programming 1)• Gave internal training / knowledge sharing sessions to my colleagues
