During my time in school, I have created a wide variety of work that I am very proud of. Within that work, I have developed a love for packaging. I love the idea of being able to create something that people are able to use and appreciate, even if it’s just for a short time. It is something I look forward to pursuing as a professional. I have a wide range of skills, but there are always more skills and techniques that I can and will learn. When it comes to my work ethic, I am one who will work hard, persevere, overcome any obstacles, and do whatever I can to make sure my task is complete. For example, In the fall of 2016, I was in a motorcycle accident and my injuries were very severe. I had to withdraw from the semester halfway through and that ended up setting my graduation date back to December 2018. When the next semester came around I went back to school, and that semester was a struggle. Most of my projects did not come out that great and I was very disappointed in myself. When I started back to school after the summer break I promised myself that I would put my all into the rest of my schooling and come back stronger than I was before. I believe I have proved that and I have my family, friends, and professors to thank for pushing me and helping me when I needed it.
