Responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, in addition to performing a variety of duties to support the day-to-day operations of the human resource functions. Recruitment and Employment- Assist in the hiring process within the guidelines of Affirmative Action- Conduct new hire orientations - Affirmative Action.

• Direct report to the Director of the Workers’ Compensation department
• Advising sales representatives of the status of a sale and address any questions or concerns.
• Conducting any other projects or tasks as assigned by management
• Prepares and maintains statistical records and reports on pertinent department information.
• Monthly commissions reconciliation for P&C Sales which includes 80 sales agents
• Project Team Lead on various projects in order to make the processes more efficient

• Preparing insurance documents, state mandated forms, and required sales submission paperwork for sales representatives
• Contacting insurance carriers for any corrections or discrepancies of insurance quotes
• Contacting clients for any outstanding paperwork and confirming receipts of the paperwork
• Performing sales submission file reviews to ensure quality for our internal operations partners and external insurance carrier vendors
• Advising sales representatives of the status of a sale and address any questions or concerns
• Initiating formal decline notification with clients, in adherence to the agency errors and omissions policy

• Provides training to other administrative assistants
• Prepares and maintains statistical records and reports on pertinent confidential department information
