Biorepository Specialist
Current• Day-to-day management of all incoming and outgoing samples at Denali, plus tracking of samples at off-site storage. •Accurately follow SOPs and work instructions to track, receive, and store samples in the biorepository using the biorepository LIMS system. • Comply with GCP and GDPR regulations for samples through chain of custody, sample handling guidelines, and proper storage conditions. • Design and build LIMS collection plans to allow real-time import of incoming samples. This requires coordination with scientists, CROs and vendors and ability to interpret clinical and preclinical research protocols. • Contribute to LIMS reconciliation, including keeping an accurate inventory, data cleaning, and data migration. • Assist Biorepository Manager with training of Junior Biorepository staff, training new scientists in biorepository procedures, and creating and updating Biorepository SOPs. • Support clinical and preclinical study management projects as needed.
