In this position, I translated complex laboratory procedures into easily understandable terms for undergraduate students, developing skills in effective communication and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences. I also diagnosed and resolved software and hardware issues in the laboratory environment, developing proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems and identifying potential solutions.
