Responsible for developing cost/price strategies, cost/price models, writing clear and compliant cost/budget narratives, and making recommendations to mitigate or eliminate contract risks. Collaborate with internal partners such as management and work on tight deadlines to ensure that mandatory cost requirements are defined, documented and aligned with accounting and cost structures. Reviews solicitations for proposal requirements and presents briefings as required for proposal reviews. Performs cost analysis and estimates for proposal efforts, consistent with company policies, FAR, other government regulations, and solicitation requirements. Supports the cost estimating process and ensures that cost data build up to sell price is accurate and complete Prepares subcontractor Request for Quote (RFQ) price templates Conducts price analysis on direct labor pricing and subcontractor quotes as needed. Prepare and submit internal project and finance reports such as performance reports and balance sheet reconciliation.• Also, assist in the preparation of special client reports as necessary and appropriate.
