As a sales advisor it is my job to provide a high level of customer service, and make sure I meet the customer's needs as much as possible. I am responsible for creating customer orders, taking payments, cashing up, making sure all stock is out and looks presentable, as well as general housekeeping of the department. Additionally, I take part in the annual stock takes for both the linens and gifts departments which includes the actual stock count, as well as sorting out any discrepancies. I have also taken on the following additional roles: Picking and sorting the company’s web orders on weekends.Adding to and maintaining the ticket system for the gifts department.
